So I didn't get to do my 30 days of making spirits bright. I ended up being too preoccupied with being able to get my kids, at least, one gift a piece.
Things are looking brighter, as the month goes on though. Got my kids their one present, and we are donated some of their old toys to someone who could really use them.
Too many people lose their homes to fires and have enough to worry about besides toys for Christmas.
I can't afford new toys for my kids, myself, but what I can give is some good toys in almost new condition.
It'll give the kids something to do while the family figures everything.
