Temptation 

The taste of peppermint

invades my senses,

as he kisses me 

so sweetly.

His hands twist 

in my hair,

pulling me closer.

The kiss becoming something 

more.

Our scent is all around.

Heavy breathing,

the only sound.

Then as sudden

as it began

it ends.

With one look,

I drown.

It's all there,

in his eyes.

The love.

The devotion.

The hunger.

And it's all for

me.
